The simplest way from Vancouver to Pemberton is to drive north on Highway 99 through Whistler. Pemberton is about 153 kilometres from Vancouver by road and about 33 kilometres northeast of Whistler.

Trains and the Whistler stop
There is no passenger rail line that goes all the way from Vancouver to Pemberton. Any plan that involves a train needs a separate coach or taxi for the rest of the trip, so look at the rail operator’s current timetable and then confirm a connection onward before you commit to it.
