The quickest way from Commercial Drive to Science World is the Expo Line SkyTrain. Board at Commercial-Broadway Station, ride one stop toward Waterfront, and get off at Main Street-Science World Station, which sits right beside the attraction.
One stop on the Expo Line
Commercial-Broadway Station is the big interchange at the south end of Commercial Drive, where the Expo and Millennium Lines meet and many bus routes stop. Make sure you board an Expo Line train and not a Millennium Line one. The destination sign on the front of each train tells you which is which.
On the Expo Line, Main Street-Science World is the very next station after Commercial-Broadway. It stands at 1399 Main Street, with Science World on one side of the street and Pacific Central Station on the other, at the foot of False Creek. Because the stop is that close, the ride itself is only a few minutes. Most of your travel time goes to reaching the platform and waiting for the next train.
Getting to the station from the Drive
If you begin farther north on Commercial Drive, you can walk down the Drive to the station, or take a bus that runs along it.
